Delano Calimlim is a newly licensed real estate agent with lifelong exposure to the industry, having learned the business firsthand from his mother, Lynn Calimlim, a seasoned Designated Broker. His early immersion in real estate has cultivated a strong foundation and a genuine passion for helping others achieve their homeownership goals. Delano is committed to bringing value to the brokerage by specializing in guiding first-time homebuyers and sellers through every step of the process.

A recent graduate of Wenatchee Valley College and former collegiate baseball player, Delano brings a strong work ethic and proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills to his real estate practice. Known for his integrity and clear communication, he is dedicated to representing his clients’ best interests with professionalism and care. He remains informed on current market trends and local data to ensure his clients receive the most accurate and relevant guidance.

Born and raised in the Seattle area, Delano is deeply connected to his community and actively seeks ways to give back through volunteer work and youth sports coaching. Outside of real estate, he enjoys spending quality time with family, staying active at the gym, and playing golf.
