Look no further!

Lynn and Team Calimlim helped me sell our family home of 22 years. The overall experience was very emotional for me and Lynn and her team were incredibly helpful in all aspects. There were many times I felt overwhelmed and uncertain and Lynn went above and beyond to guide me through the process. She always made me feel like her top priority. Lynn was also my agent for the purchase of my new home. If you’re like me and have not sold or purchased a home in over 22 years (or ever!) Lynn will make you feel safe in the decisions you make. She will reassure you and make sure you get the best out of any situation. Lynn is someone who is incredibly involved and always had my best interest in mind. If I could give Lynn and her team more than five stars I would. There is no need to look for another agency, Lynn is your girl. She will get it done!

Sold my house Quick!

Lynn and her Team helped me prep for listing and showing my home when I decided to sell. Her experience and insight helped me not only have my house ready for showing but priced it right for the market allowing me to sell my home in record time. Lynn also acted as a liason between the buyers agent and myself making the closing process so easy. A challenging task as I had moved out of the area. Thanks Lynn! Lynn gets you a house!

My wife and I are fairly difficult and needed a lot of hand holding, last minute viewings, schedule work around and never ending hope. Lynn gave us all of this with a smile, a positive outlook and an occasional coffee or diet coke (my favorite). She truly worked tirelessly, meeting our fairly demanding schedule and specifics to get us to our forever home. We would Highly recommend Lynn and her team for any buying and selling needs!
